Kanstania House

“Kanstania” in the Masurian dialect means horse chestnut, from which the name of the presented house is taken. After opening the door and crossing the threshold, we are in an entrance corridor equipped with a wardrobe, from where we can go to the living room which consists of a two-storey high lounge area which is well lit by large windows and an open kitchen.. Further on, there is a bathroom, sauna, study room and utility rooms (technical and utility). Wysoka Wieś – discover the investment

The Wysoka Wieś investment is a village of sixteen houses located on hills and in the valleys of the picturesque Wzgórza Dylewskie. Each house, individually situated on a plot, is named by the names of plants in the old Masurian dialect. The entire project is designed by Boris Kudlička – an award-winning set designer of the National Opera and co-founder of the acclaimed Boris Kudlička with Partners studio. The concept design of the investment combines traditional Masurian architecture with contemporary form and function. All houses are designed using high-quality materials such as wood, ceramic roof tiles, and natural fabrics in the interior. Developer

Wysoka Wieś is a project developed by a group of experienced investors. Boris Kudlička – the originator of the new interiors of the Europejski Hotel and the Belvedere Restaurant in Warsaw, an architect designing luxury residences and commercial buildings – is responsible for its concept. He is supported in the realisation of the investment by experienced private investors Mikołaj Gauer and Michał Kędzia.
