AGENTKI – The First Program in Poland About the Work of Premium Real Estate Female Agents

The first program in Poland about the work of premium real estate female agents is now available on CANAL+.

On April 8th, the premiere episode of the program AGENTKI will be available on CANAL+ PREMIUM and CANAL+ online. This original CANAL+ production reveals the behind-the-scenes workings of our Real Estate Agency. The first season of the series consists of four episodes, taking viewers into the exclusive world of the most expensive homes and apartments in Poland.

The topic of the premium real estate market has already gained significant recognition in countries such as the United States, France, and Australia, with productions from these markets achieving global popularity. Notable examples include “Selling Sunset” – a series about the behind-the-scenes work of real estate agents in Los Angeles, which has already had five seasons, and “L’Agence,” a show about a Parisian family-owned luxury real estate agency.

Now it’s time to introduce a broader audience to the realities of this fascinating industry in Poland.

AGENTKI is the story of women who turned their dreams into success. This was made possible through years of experience in the market, professionalism, and determination to achieve their goals. We open the doors to properties for viewers that most of us would never have access to. A breathtaking penthouse in the center of Warsaw worth a mere 30 million PLN, or a modern house on the outskirts of the capital with its own gym. This is our everyday work, the behind-the-scenes of which we reveal in the series.

Several of the largest domestic real estate agencies participated in the casting for the program. Ultimately, The Leader’s was distinguished and invited to take part in the show. The compelling story of talented, charismatic young women who are boldly building their own business convinced the creators of the program to collaborate with “The Leaders.”

This is the first production of its kind in Poland. In it, we present the most exclusive properties, but we also showcase our heroines – female agents facilitating multimillion-dollar transactions – not only as successful women. We talk about female strength, mutual support, and the challenges of balancing demanding work with personal life. The idea of creating a Polish program about the premium real estate market immediately captured my heart. I’ve been working in this field for over a decade, and recently, together with my business partners – Alicja Chmura and Paula Perz – we decided to create our own women-led company in this challenging, demanding, and highly competitive market. Together, we’ve completed over a thousand transactions, and the experience we’ve gained during this time is being turned into the highest quality of service.
